Meet Anton
Meet Anton
A trainer with a lifelong passion for health and nutrition.His journey spanned bodybuilding to olympic weightlifting, functional fitness, injury prevention and rehab.
Anton grew up in Russia, where fitness was a way of life: pull-up bars on every street corner, kettlebells in every home. He moved to the U.S. as a teenager and built a life from scratch, eventually finding his home in Santa Cruz, CA.His path to coaching started in the gym focused on muscle and aesthetics. But over time, his training evolved: from hypertrophy, to strength, to olympic weightlifting and functional movement, and now, to holistic health.While also working in natural food stores, Anton dove deep into nutrition and supplementation. He lives what he teaches: riding his bike to work, eating whole foods, and moving with purpose every day.He’s coached in big-box gyms and CrossFit boxes since 2012. Now, he trains clients 1-on-1 and in groups, guiding them to heal from injuries, rebuild strength, and live fully in their bodies. His mission: help people move better, feel better, and become their true authentic selves.

In-Person Training - $150/ session
Personalized, hands-on coaching in Santa Cruz County.
Work 1-on-1 or in small groups. At your home, outdoors, or in Anton’s gym. Perfect for the guidance Perfect for form checks, movement assessments, and deep dives into technique and motivation.
